Our ultimate goal is to provide our customers the freshest possible product. We achieve this by accepting orders in "windows" of 1-2 weeks, making all the fudge fresh for those orders, and then we ship all of those orders at once (on the date posted.) This allows us to make Spoonfudge! over a weekend and ship it to you the next Monday or Tuesday. By the time the fudge reaches you (in the US) it will only be 3-7 days old. So, when you hear us say a certain date is the last day to order, NO worries! We aren't closing down :-). We are just closing the order window.
